Let’s get back on the court!

The Frederick Force is having a once/month open gym starting in January.

If you plan on trying out for the Force in 2022-23,

come hit, hang out, and bond with the team!

Please bring $5 to cover a donation for the gym.

WHEN:

Scheduled Saturdays from 4:00 – 6:00 PM

January 7^th  – JV/Varsity

January 21^st – Middle School

February 11^th  -JV/Varsity

February 18^th – Middle School

March 4^th – JV/Varsity

March 18^th – Middle School
