BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! The Frederick Force is very happy to announce the addition of a new head volleyball coach who will be leading the Varsity Girls volleyball team this season.  Please help us welcome Coach Krystal Williams to the Frederick Force family!

Coach Krystal Williams was a Division I collegiate volleyball player at UMBC.  She is now a homeschool mom of four active children.  Her aspiration as a coach is to help players use their bodies to bring glory to God and to encourage and nurture the heart of Christ in them.  She played three seasons as a Middle Blocker and one as an Outside Hitter, holding the record (at the time) for most kills in a game/set, and she placed 4th in all time assisted blocks in a season.   She loves volleyball, is still an active player, and values the sense of family volleyball fosters in young athletes.  1 Timothy 4:7-12
