New JV Coach Rachel Rashford Joins the Frederick Force

Coach Rachel Rashford was a Division III collegiate volleyball player at Messiah University. She recently received her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. She went into college as a Setter, but also played Middle Blocker and Right-Side Hitter during her four years as a Falcon. As a coach, she is excited to help her team understand and showcase what it means to be a Christian-Athlete through the sport of volleyball.
